About Fundamentals Fitness

Our goal is simple – we want to help you fall in love with fitness, build your confidence with foundational movements and teach you how to self correct your form.

Each week, we will move through a carefully curated plan which will set you up for success and allow you to take the principles home, to the gym or anywhere you choose to work out.

Not feeling your fittest? Don’t let that stop you! These classes are designed to meet you exactly where you are and each exercise can be modified to accommodate your needs.

Meet your trainers

Hi, I’m Kate Cairnduff, and I’d like to introduce you to my colleague Sarah, a dedicated personal trainer with specialized qualifications in women’s health and fitness.

With a focus on creating safe, effective, and lasting routines, Sarah supports her clients at every stage of their fitness journey, helping them achieve their personal best.

Outside of the gym, Sarah is embracing the opportunities motherhood has brought her, allowing her to reinvent herself, pursue what truly resonates, and live a values-driven life. This adaptability and spirit of self-discovery shines through in every class she teaches.

In her Fundamental Fitness Group Classes, Sarah’s goal is to help participants move with confidence and purpose. She guides you through the essentials of functional movement, teaching practical techniques that lay the foundation for safe, effective workouts. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to refine your form, Sarah focuses on empowering you to self-correct, progress independently, and take control of your fitness journey.

Our Fundamental Group Fitness Classes run in 6-week blocks, designed to build your confidence, strength, and flexibility through adaptable, foundational exercises. 

Here’s what you need to know:

    • When: Weekly sessions every Saturday at 8:30am (arrive 5 minutes early)
    • Investment: $99 paid upfront for the entire 6-week block
    • Where: Fitness Manouers, 139 Dawson St, Lismore
    • What to Bring: Comfortable clothes, a towel, and your positive energy
    • Who Can Join: Anyone—men and women of all ages and fitness levels. Modifications are available to accommodate specific needs, including injuries or accessibility requirements.
    • Max of 6 participants

We understand life happens, and sometimes you may miss a session. While we can’t offer makeup classes, Sarah will work with you to ensure you feel confident and ready to jump back in whenever you’re able.
