Our Fundamental Group Fitness Classes are designed to help you develop a solid foundation in fitness. Whether you’re a beginner or returning to your fitness journey, these classes will boost your confidence, teach you how to self-correct your form, and make you fall in love with moving your body.

Each week, we guide you through a structured plan tailored to set you up for success. Our sessions equip you with principles you can take anywhere—whether that’s at home, the gym, or on the go.

What You Can Expect:

  • Inclusive & Adaptive: Every exercise is adaptable to match your current fitness or accessibility level.
  • Weekly Sessions: Held at 8:30am each Saturday, these 6-week programs are designed to help you grow at a steady pace. (Arrive 5 minutes early to settle in!)
  • Dates: 2 November – 7th December 2024
  • Investment: $99 for the entire 6-week block, paid upfront to secure your spot.
